Innovative stair climber using associated wheels

摘要：

The study proposes an innovative and completely new but low-cost configuration of a platform that can easily climb stairs. This platform serves the purpose of a chassis. Different versions, such as staircase-climbing wheelchair or staircase-climbing trolley for material transferring, can be derived depending on the structure built on the platform. The driving wheels have a shape that completely matches with the profile of the steps. Complex components are eliminated. Thus, this platform is conveniently applicable in the configurations useful for climbing staircases.

微观移动协议主动切换机制研究

摘要：

针对微观移动协议现有切换机制的缺点，提出了主动切换机制，利用移动预测技术，在切换发生前预测移动主机将要切换的下一蜂窝以及切换的时刻，为移动主机预先建立新路径；为了保证主动切换机制的实现，提出了一个适用于主动切换机制并易于实现的移动预测算法；同时还提出了主动切换过程中分组丢失和重复避免方法；通过理论分析和系统仿真的方法对主动切换机制进行了性能评价，结果表明主动切换机制以较小的代价获得了可观的性能改善。

Analysis of the kinematic characteristics of a high-speed parallel robot with Schönflies motion: Mobility

摘要：

This study introduces a high-speed parallel robot with Schönflies motion. This robot exhibits a promising prospect in realizing high-speed pick-and-place manipulation for packaging production lines. The robot has four identical limbs and a single platform. Its compact structure and single-platform concept provides this robot with good dynamic response potential. A line graph method based on Grassmann line geometry is used to investigate the mobility characteristics of the proposed robot. A generalized Blanding rule is also introduced into this procedure to realize mutual conversion between the line graphs for motions and constraints. Subsequently, the inverse kinematics is derived, and the singularity issue of the robot is investigated using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Input and output transmission singularity indices are defined based on the reciprocal product in screw theory and the virtual coefficient by considering motion/force transmission performance. Thereafter, the singular loci of the proposed robot with specific geometric parameters are derived. The mobility analysis, inverse kinematics modeling, and singularity analysis conducted in this study are helpful in developing the robot.

面向未来智慧城市的汽车共享出行发展战略

摘要：

本文分析了当前汽车共享出行的发展环境、发展趋势与发展机遇，梳理了汽车共享出行与智慧城市之间的共生关系。对我国汽车共享出行的典型发展模式进行分析、实践经验进行总结，从新技术、新需求以及新模式三个维度阐述了汽车共享出行发展的新理念。在此基础上，提出了我国汽车共享出行创新发展的五种典型路径，基于发展路径对我国未来智慧城市汽车共享出行生态进行了构想。

城市按需空中交通的综合网络设计与需求预测 Article

摘要：

城市空中交通（UAM）是近年来提出的使用电动垂直起降飞行器（eVTOL）的新兴概念。UAM通过利用低空空域有望为城市地区的乘客和货物运输提供另一种选择，显著提高机动性。除了其他基本要素外，还需要垂直起降机场等地面基础设施来实现UAM从概念到运行的跨越。本研究探讨了UAM按需服务的网络设计，在考虑垂直起降机场的位置和潜在的UAM需求之间相互作用的同时，重点强调使用整数规划和求解算法来确定垂直起降机场的最佳位置、用户分配以及进出模式的选择。一个基于美国佛罗里达州坦帕湾地区模拟分解交通需求数据的案例研究验证了该模型的有效性。通过分析基于佛罗里达州的激光雷达数据和eVTOL运行的自身约束和监管约束下开发出的3D地理信息系统（GIS）地图，我们获得了备选垂直起降机场的位置。垂直起降机场最佳位置的选择以总成本最小为目标，但同时该模型结构允许每个用户根据广义费用在地面运输和UAM之间选择更好的模式。案例研究的结果显示，虽然从地面模式切换到多式联运的行程比重很小，但选择UAM服务的用户明显节省了时间。此外，本文从供应方面探讨了不同参数设置对UAM服务需求的影响，并测试了不同的定价策略对UAM的需求和利润之间的影响。同时分析了垂直起降机场数量与定价策略的综合效应。研究结果为城市决策者和UAM运营商提供了深入的规划和管理意见。本文的结论部分讨论了该研究的注意事项、作者正在进行的工作以及UAM的未来研究方向。

复杂耦合系统的统计能量分析及其应用

摘要：

文章综合导纳分析法、经典统计能量分析方法和经典功率流理论的各自优点，提出适合复杂耦合系统的统计能量分析方法，为研究实际机械结构之间的振动传递规律、复杂机械系统的声辐射特性提供理论依据，为实际工程结构的振动隔离、噪声治理提供理论指导。文章首次提出统计能量分析参数必须统一定义，将影响实际机械结构相互之间能量传递的若干要素各自分离，并引入相应的参数分别开展研究。利用理论研究的成果，发展后的统计能量分析首次应用于水下航行器振动和噪声特性分析，预报了水下航行器的振动传递规律和辐射噪声级。理论分析与实验测试结果符合较好。文章指出了水下航行器噪声治理的方向。

Current research, key performances and future development of search and rescue robots

摘要： Frequent natural disasters and man-made catastrophes have threatened the safety of citizens and have attracted much more attention. The rescue mission under disaster environment is very complicated and dangerous for a rescue team. Search and rescue (SAR) robots can not only improve the efficiency of rescue operations but also reduce the casualty of rescuers. Robots can help rescue teams and even replace rescuers to perform dangerous missions. Search and rescue robots will play a more and more important role in the rescue operations. A survey of the research status of search and rescue robots in Japan, USA, China and other countries has been provided. According to current research, experiences and the lessons learned from applications, the five key performances of a search and rescue robot are survivability, mobility, sensing, communicability and operability. Multi-technique fusion and multi-agent intelligent network are considered to be requirements for the future development of the search and rescue robot. Disaster prevention, disaster reduction and disaster rescue are the important parts of national public safety. They are also crucial for the safety of citizens and their estates. Search and rescue robotic technique is an urgent needed, strategic and core technique for national development. It will be important and strategic for national economy and safety.

Decreasing complexity of glucose time series derived from continuous glucose monitoring is correlated with deteriorating glucose regulation

摘要： Most information used to evaluate diabetic statuses is collected at a special time-point, such as taking fasting plasma glucose test and providing a limited view of individual’s health and disease risk. As a new parameter for continuously evaluating personal clinical statuses, the newly developed technique “continuous glucose monitoring” (CGM) can characterize glucose dynamics. By calculating the complexity of glucose time series index (CGI) with refined composite multi-scale entropy analysis of the CGM data, the study showed for the first time that the complexity of glucose time series in subjects decreased gradually from normal glucose tolerance to impaired glucose regulation and then to type 2 diabetes (P for trend < 0.01). Furthermore, CGI was significantly associated with various parameters such as insulin sensitivity/secretion (all P < 0.01), and multiple linear stepwise regression showed that the disposition index, which reflects β-cell function after adjusting for insulin sensitivity, was the only independent factor correlated with CGI (P < 0.01). Our findings indicate that the CGI derived from the CGM data may serve as a novel marker to evaluate glucose homeostasis.
